Sahan Community Network collects only the information needed to respond to a public request for community information or service navigation. You do not need to create an account to read public pages.
What we collect
The Contact page may collect a preferred name, a telephone number and/or email address, a preferred contact method, a broad service category, an optional brief note, and permission to respond. Please do not send passwords, health records, legal evidence, immigration files, police documents, financial information or details about children.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to the request and to identify a reasonable starting point. We do not add submitters to marketing lists or send message content to advertising, analytics or session-replay tools.
Access and retention
Access is limited to Sahan staff who need it to respond. We keep requests only as long as needed to handle the inquiry, then delete them. To ask a question about your information, email info@sahancommunity.com or call 416-668-9156.
