About Sahan

Our Mission

Sahan Community Network helps people find practical starting points, understand publicly available information and connect with appropriate community, government and professional services.

Who We Serve

Sahan serves members of the public through its Toronto office, including women and families, older adults, youth, caregivers and people looking for housing, essential-needs, legal-information or government-service navigation.

How Sahan Helps

We provide community information, prevention education, practical service navigation, help identifying the right office or program, assistance with appropriate calls or online inquiries, computer and document support, referrals, and language/navigation help where available.

We do not operate emergency, medical, treatment, shelter or legal-representation services. We do not guarantee eligibility or outcomes decided by another organization.
