Ontario Family Law Information Centres provide free information about separation, divorce and related family-law issues. When legal advice or representation is required, Sahan uses neutral pathways to Legal Aid Ontario, community legal clinics, the Law Society Directory or another independent qualified professional. Community members remain free to choose their own legal representative.

Notary & Commissioner Services

Sahan may provide notary or commissioner services for documents within its approved service scope and available authority. Contact Sahan before attending to confirm the document type, appointment availability, identification requirements and any fee.

Bring the complete document and valid identification. Do not sign in advance if witnessing is required.

Sahan may decline a document that is incomplete, outside its authority or requires independent legal advice.

Notarizing or commissioning a document does not mean Sahan has given legal advice or confirmed the truth of every statement.

Sahan may help locate an official form, understand public instructions, use a computer, print or scan, and organize supporting documents. The person remains responsible for the information supplied. Sahan will refer to the responsible government office or an independent qualified professional when advice, certification or representation is required.
