Sahan Community Network is a grassroots nonprofit organization based in Toronto, Canada. We are dedicated to serving individuals and families—especially those facing barriers due to language, income, immigration status, or life circumstances.

We provide hands-on help with forms, housing support, legal referrals, and essential government processes. Whether you’re a newcomer, single mother, youth, or senior, we’re here to walk alongside you with care, respect, and practical assistance.
